DIRECTIONS TO ALAMEDA COUNTY SHERIFF'S
REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER

FROM SAN FRANCISCO AIRPORT & SOUTH BAY:
Exit Airport and enter 101 South.

Take 101 South to 92 East (This will take you over the San Mateo Bridge)

Enter Interstate 880 North (towards Oakland) Keep to the right. Exit 880 to 238 East. Follow Stockton signs.

Take 238 to 580 East (238 becomes 580 East)

Take Interstate 580 East to Hacienda Dr. Exit.

At stop light turn left and go over freeway. Proceed approximately one mile. Turn right on Gleason Drive, then left on Madigan Road.
 
FROM THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY:
Interstate 58O West to Tassajara Road/Santa Rita Road exit. At stoplight turn right. Proceed approximately one mile. Turn left on Gleason Road, then right on Madigan Road.
 
FROM OAKLAND AIRPORT & NORTH BAY:
Exit Airport and continue on Hegenberger Road. Turn Right on 98th Avenue (sign to 880 South). Take on-ramp to Interstate 880 South.

Take 880 South to 238 to 580 East towards Stockton. (This is a tricky exit on 880. Follow the STOCKTON signs . Beware of the San Jose signs, This is also a quick change.)

Take Interstate 580 Fast to Hacienda Dr. Exit. At stop light turn left and go over freeway. Proceed approximately one mile. Turn right on Gleason Drive, then left on Madigan Road.
 
REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER:
Upon arrival the main training center complex will be on your right. Parking is available in two lots as you enter the main complex. The complex houses the Basic Academies, Computer Learning Center, EVOC, Driving Simulator, 440 yard Track, Gas House, Gym/weight room, and Scenario Village.

The Office of Emergency Services (OES) building will be on your left. Parking for OES is available in a large lot in front of the building entrance, do not park in reserved spaces directly in front of the building. OES houses overflow classrooms and an auditorium.

The Firearms Training Facility is straight ahead on Madigan Road. The firearms facility is located behind the Santa Rita Jail. A road adjacent to the Jail perimeter fence circles the facility and provides access to the Firearms Training Facility from two directions. Look for green and white road signs. Ample parking is available at the Firearms Training Facility. In addition to various firing ranges, the facility houses the Force Option Simulator and a mat room.
